It has over 100 employees and is equipped with 6 complete dyeing and finishing production lines, with an annual production capacity of 60 million meters. The production end is fully equipped with continuous pad dyeing lines, high-precision rotary screen printing machines and efficient setting equipment, achieving automated and intelligent control. With process innovation as the core, it has developed functional technologies such as eco-friendly reactive dye printing, low-temperature energy-saving dyeing, and antibacterial and UV-resistant properties to meet the needs of high-end customization.
Adhering to green manufacturing, it has built a standardized sewage treatment station with a daily processing capacity of 5,000 tons, and strictly complies with the national "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry". It has passed international certifications such as ISO14001, OEKO-TEX 100, GOTS, GRS and HIGG, and its products are sold well in Europe, Southeast Asia and North America.
